The inbox triaged, and the replies already written.
Most of an inbox is replies that are obvious once you sit down to write them. Q writes those in my voice and leaves them as drafts, so the work becomes reviewing rather than composing.
Q has never had permission to send. That line is deliberate and permanent — an assistant that can email people on your behalf is a completely different risk category to one that can't.
A reply that restates the question wastes everyone's time. Scheduling drafts come back with real availability windows in them, so the thread moves forward instead of bouncing.
